Do You Accept Insurance?
Currently, we do not accept insurance. This may change in the future as the practice evolves to accommodate uninsured and insured clients. However, you can request a 'superbill' to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Do You Work Throughout the United States?
Nutriswell works regionally, nationally, and internationally as long as clients have proficiency in the English language.
We are able to provide services to clients residing in ALL states. However, only some states honor the compact nutrition/dietitian license. This means sessions can be billed as Medical Nutrition Therapy. Other states will be billed as Nutrition Health Coaching. Legislations change frequently. Check the compact map to determine if your state participates in the compact Medical Nutrition/Dietitian legislation.
What Are The Steps Involved in Nutrition Care Process?
The nutrition care process is a multi-step process. The process involves nutritional assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring. We suggest at least three visits. The first to perform a full nutritional assessment and two follow-up visits to ensure the treatment plan is successful for you. I may recommend additional follow-up sessions as needed.
What are My Service Options?
There are plenty of options to begin your health journey – private sessions and concierge services. Group sessions will be added shortly. Please Contact US for other additional services.
What Do the Health Plans Entail?
You will receive a comprehensive personalized plan, including foods to eat or avoid, lifestyle habits, fitness plans, supplement recommendations, or laboratory testing. Every recommendation is reviewed with you to ensure you are comfortable incorporating them into your budget, schedule, and lifestyle.
i) Nutrition Session= personalized nutrition for balance & health
1 hour: 45 minute session + 15 minutes to craft your action plan
ii) Mind-Body Session= nervous system + stress reset
45 - 60 minutes
iii) Coaching Session = lifestyle & wellness habit support
45 - 60 minutes
Cost of all plans are $200
Do I Have to Attend all Visits in Person?
Sessions may be conducted via Telehealth or Telephone, offering convenient access from anywhere in the world.
How Do I Prepare for Each Session?
A nutritional diagnosis is best performed in an in-person session. However, we can work virtually. We suggest:-
- fingernails and toenails are free of nail polish.
- wear comfortable clothing, short sleeve shirt/blouse
- shoes that are easy to remove
- fill out and send in paperwork prior to your session OR we can fill them out together.
If virtual, photos of polish-free fingers and toes.
Can I Contact You Between Sessions?
We are available between sessions for support throughout all our Health Plans for the duration of the plan. The intake form will explain the amount and type of contacts.
How Do You Offer Support Between Sessions?
Our Healthie app platform is available on Android and Apple. Clients may send text and photos to verify food or lifestyle choices. I may send personalized reminders for food, sleep, or physical activities.

How Do I redeem a Gift Card?
We know health is personal — and gifting it should be easy. Gift cards will be used the same way as a credit card.
