For too long, menopause has been misunderstood, stigmatized, and dismissed. Many women have been told it's “all in their heads,” while real challenges like hot flashes, mood swings, anxiety, and exhaustion were left untreated.
At Nutriswell, we’re rewriting the story. Through holistic education, personalized coaching, and group support, we guide women through all three stages of menopause with knowledge, empathy, and community.

Marcia Brown, PhD Candidate
My Ph.D. research focused on understanding the needs, challenges, and desires of menopausal women. Menopause can last 10 years or more, bringing symptoms that affect physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Without proper preparation and support, women face increased risks of osteoporosis, heart disease, and depression.
There is so much more to do. We can improve workplace support, advocate for better healthcare policies, end the stigma, increase research funding, and ensure all women have access to the care they deserve.
